Mission
VCR Properties has the experience, expertise and human resources to successfully initiate, manage and complete property developments. However, we are small enough to ensure that each project enjoys close supervision and attention, with our directors each involved in the day-to-day operation of our business and personally carrying out site inspections every week.
Buyers who choose to invest in a VCR Properties developments reap the benefits to be gained from us being on first-name terms with our contractors and staff, most of whom have collaborated with us since the company was founded.
We strive to offer potential investors the best possible product that can be attained within a given price range. When developing residential complexes, we recognise each buyer’s need for individual expression, which is why we offer a choice of finishes and accessories in terms of kitchen cupboards and fittings, tiles, carpets and sanitary ware.
We further strive to produce the highest standards of workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism with each development that we undertake as also to ensure that the development harmoniously intergrates with the environment.
In order to meet our objectives we have focused on incentivising our staff and contractors to deliver their best work and to take pride in their craft. Further we have emphasized the development of staff and contractors who were previously disadvantaged and are proud of the successes which numerous of our employees have achieved when given the opportunity.
The reward of our approach has been that we have enjoyed the benefits of a successful business acting in a socially responsible way which has achieved a solid reputation. The reward for our clients has been a remarkable return achieved on their venture capital whether the residence was purchased as an investment or as a home.
